It's a Three Kingdoms idle tap RPG where you and Guan Yu smash enemy generals to pieces. The more you tap the screen, the faster Guan Yu attacks; spend Gold to power up Guan Yu and his fellow heroes and climb through the stages. Once you clear stage 50 you can Rebirth to earn Destiny Stones, then use them to collect Ancient Treasures and grow stronger and stronger.

On top of that there's the Mansion (beauties, outfits, mounts), the daily dungeon Daily Beatdown, the Monday/Thursday Tournament, and the Three Kingdoms Faction War where six armies of Wei, Shu and Wu go head to head. Your heroes keep collecting Gold even while you're away.

Your progress is saved on the server, so you need an account. Log in with one of Google, Apple (iOS), Kakao, or email. Login only uses your email address and profile name.

• On your first login you enter a nickname to create your game account. Your nickname is shown on leaderboards and friend lists.
• For email sign-up, tap the link in the confirmation email; you'll be returned to the app and sign-up is complete. If you forget your password, you can request a reset email from the login screen.
• You can still log in with Kakao even if you don't agree to share your email address.

Yes. Log in on the new device with the same account and the progress saved on the server carries right over. Logging in with a different account creates a new game account, so be sure to remember which account (Google/Apple/Kakao/email) you used before.

However, the following are stored on the device and start fresh on a new device: music, sound effect and story settings, nicknames you gave your beauties, tutorial completion, and the last-login time used to calculate offline Gold.

There's currently no way to change your nickname in the game. If you really need to change it (for example, an inappropriate name), contact Support with your game member number. You can rename your beauties freely in the Mansion.

Open Options (the gear icon) on the battlefield screen and your game member number is shown at the top. Include this number and your nickname when you contact us so we can check things quickly.

The guided tour on first launch and Guan Yu's tips that appear when a feature first unlocks are only shown once. To review them, see the Basic Combat and Guan Yu Level · Skills sections of this manual. Here's the gist of the tour:

1. Tap enemies to earn Gold.
2. Level up in the Guan Yu tab at the bottom left to raise tap damage and unlock skills.
3. Recruit officers in the Hero tab next to it and they fight on their own. Level up your officers to unlock their skills and Guan Yu gets stronger too.
4. From stage 51, Rebirth unlocks Destiny Stones and Ancient Treasures.
5. Collect Manly Pride every 2 hours from the gift icon at the top left.

You can switch Story: Show / Skip in Options. Tap the screen to advance a story that's playing. The generals' banter, starting with the Oath of the Peach Garden, is actually pretty funny, so give it a look at least once.

Tap Options → Delete Account and your game data and login account link are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. All progress, including Gems and purchase history, will be gone, so think carefully. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

Each stage consists of 10 enemy soldiers followed by 1 enemy general (the Ancient Treasure Imperial Jade Seal reduces the number of soldiers). Defeat the general to move to the next stage; the background and story change every 5 and 10 stages. The final stage is 3,000, and enemy generals keep appearing after that.

Enemy HP and the Gold they drop rise steeply as stages go up. An enemy general has several times a soldier's HP, depending on the last digit of the stage.

So the generals on multiples of 5 are the toughest. The Ancient Treasure Taiping Sorcery Book reduces enemy general HP.

A fight with an enemy general has a 30-second limit (the Ancient Treasure Six Secret Teachings extends it). If you don't take the general down in time, it withdraws and only soldiers keep appearing. Collect Gold to power up Guan Yu and your heroes, then try again with the Boss Challenge button. You can also back off on your own with the Retreat button.

The failed state persists even if you close and reopen the app, so you'll need to press the challenge button again.

Enemy generals on multiple-of-5 stages from stage 50 up (from stage 80 before your first Rebirth) attack your side every 12 seconds and have a chance (different for each general) to kill one of your heroes. A fallen hero can't fight until their revive timer ends, and if any hero is dead you won't get the team bonus (×2) when you Rebirth.

• Guardian Shield (Shop, 200 Gems): enemy generals can't kill heroes for 24 hours.
• 24 War Chapters (Ancient Treasure): 5% chance per level to block the attack (max level 10, 50%).
• A wife's General Attack Delay effect: lengthens the time between attacks.
• Advice from the original game: beat the Grand General within 10 seconds or bail. If you retreat, you won't be attacked.

A treasure cart that, from stage 5, appears in place of a soldier with a 2% chance. Destroy it and it drops 10× the Gold of a normal soldier. The Ancient Treasure Four-Wheel Cart raises the spawn chance, and Taixuan Talisman raises supply wagon Gold. Supply wagons destroyed also count toward an achievement.

Defeated enemies drop Gold on the ground, and it's collected automatically after about 1.6 seconds (tap it to collect it instantly; riding a Jueying-tier or better horse collects it faster). With the Ancient Treasure Jade Dragon Disc, each Gold drop has a chance to become 10× Gold (a big coin).

Things that increase Gold: Five Peaks Chart (all), Golden Abacus (soldiers), Three Strategies I · II · III (generals), a wife's Gold Gain effect, the Faction War victory buff, the Double Income item, and Guan Yu's skill Immortal Brew (Gold on every tap).

Base chance 2%, base multiplier 10×. The chance goes up with the Ancient Treasure Yang Youji's Bow (+2% per level), Guan Yu's skill 36 Heavenly Slashes, and a wife's Crit Chance effect; the multiplier goes up with Li Guang's Bow (+20% per level), hero skills, and a wife's Crit Damage effect. Critical hits count toward an achievement.

The red/blue/green gauge in the middle of the screen, below your tap damage, is the Musou gauge. It fills by 1 per tap, and at 600 it triggers automatic strikes at 50 per second for 10 seconds. If you stop tapping for more than 0.3 seconds the gauge slowly drains, so keep tapping without a break. A wife's Musou Speed effect makes the gauge fill faster. Its cousins Fast Auto Attack and Tap God Summon are in the Shop.

Yes. Guan Yu auto-attacks once every 0.5 seconds, and recruited heroes keep fighting at their own attack speed. The auto-attack interval gets shorter with Fast Auto Attack (Shop, 1 hour) and a wife's Auto Attack Speed effect. Tap God Summon (Shop) attacks 30 times per second while you hold down on the screen (120 seconds). Taps only count up to 50 per second.

Defeat the enemy general on a multiple-of-10 stage at stage 80 or higher and you get 1 Destiny Stone (below stage 3,000). It's a way to collect a few Destiny Stones without Rebirth.

Level up with Gold from the top row of the Guan Yu tab. Higher levels mean more tap damage, and skills unlock at certain levels. The max level is 10,000, and it resets to 1 when you Rebirth.

Pick a x1 / x10 / x100 / x1000 step at the top of the tab to raise several levels at once. If you're short on Gold, it raises as many as you can afford. Skills can be leveled up to 10 levels at a time.

Once Guan Yu reaches the required level, learn a skill with Gold and use it from the skill bar at the bottom of the battlefield. Leveling it up makes the effect stronger (Lv = skill level).

Skill durations and cooldowns can be changed with Ancient Treasures (Yitian Sword · Laozi · Twin Swords · Wuzi · Han Feizi · Great Axe: cooldown −5%/level; Qinggang Sword · Serpent Spear · Art of War · Seven Star Sword · Ancient Ingot Blade: duration +10%/level). Sky Lanterns can also trigger skills.

Use Skill Reload in the Shop to wipe the cooldowns of all of Guan Yu's skills. The price in Gems depends on the total remaining cooldown (the longer the total, the pricier). A Skill Reload perk from a dungeon treasure chest lets you use it for free.

The base damage from Guan Yu's level is multiplied by: your total Ancient Treasure damage, all damage (hero skills, Faction War buff), tap damage (Sky Piercer · Sky Halberd · Yunchang Footwork), and the total damage multiplier from outfits and wives. Against enemy generals, the enemy general damage from hero skills also applies. You can check your current multipliers in Options → Stats.

Buy a hero with Gold in the Hero tab and they join the battlefield and fight automatically. The next unrecruited hero only appears in the list when you have at least their hiring cost in Gold. If you can't see them, collect more Gold. Heroes are recruited in order, and hiring costs and attack power jump sharply further down the list.

The Ancient Treasure Mafeisan cuts revive time by 5% per level (max level 10, 50%).

Each hero has 7 skills, and when the hero's level reaches the requirement (10, 25, 50, 100, 200 …) you unlock them with Gold. Some skills only boost that hero's own damage, but many also apply to Guan Yu, such as all damage, crits, tap damage, enemy general damage, and Gold gain. That's what the tutorial means by "train your officers and Guan Yu gets stronger too."

Tap a hero row to see the skill list and unlock requirements. When the yellow button on a hero row changes to "Unlock Skill," it means you can unlock it right now.

When a hero reaches level 1,000 they can't go higher and a Hero Rebirth (Evolve) button appears. Pay Gold to evolve and you can keep leveling from 1,001 and unlock the 7 skills again (much cheaper this time). Evolved heroes use a different attack formula and get a lot stronger. The max level is 10,000 (5,000 for heroes #32 and #33). All heroes are reset when you Rebirth.

A bonus to all heroes' DPS that activates automatically when the sum of all your recruited heroes' levels passes a threshold. The top row of the Hero tab shows your current Formation and the next requirement.

Hero weapons come from Tournament rewards, Faction War merit rewards, and dungeon treasure chests, each one for a random hero. They have two effects:

• +50% DPS per weapon for that hero (stacks with multiple weapons).
• When all 33 heroes have at least 1 weapon, you complete Set 1; each set gives ×10 DPS to all heroes. The number of sets equals the weapon count of the hero with the fewest weapons.

Check your collection (n/33) and set count in the Weapon Upgrade row of the Hero tab. Weapons stay after Rebirth.

They come back automatically when the revive timer ends. To revive them right away, use Gems in the Hero tab or the hero-down popup. It costs 1 Gem per 5 minutes remaining (minimum 1), and heroes who fell while you were online get a 50% discount. If you're out of the app, you'll get a notification at revive time (if notifications are on).

The level-up button in the Hero tab also shows +DPS. Pick the hero whose DPS goes up the most for the same Gold. Usually your most recently recruited hero is the most efficient, and it's a good idea to prioritize heroes just before a skill unlock level (10 · 25 · 50 · 100 · 200 …). The Ancient Treasure Feather Fan lowers hero upgrade costs.

Once you clear stage 50 (reach stage 51), the Rebirth row at the bottom of the Guan Yu tab becomes active. The button shows the expected Destiny Stones, and confirming in the Rebirth popup restarts you from stage 1 immediately.

If you haven't joined the Faction War yet, you'll need to pick a faction before you Rebirth.

Destiny Stones are calculated as stage bonus + hero bonus, and doubled if all your heroes are alive (team bonus). The hero bonus is 1 (+1) per 1,000 total hero levels, and the stage bonus grows as shown below. The Ancient Treasures Qingnang Book I · II · III each add 3% bonus per level. The final amount is decided by the server and may differ slightly from the estimate in the popup.

Add the hero bonus to the value in the table, then double it if everyone's alive. If any hero is dead, it pays to revive them before you Rebirth.

The original game's advice is around stage 90. Rebirth right at 51 gives only 2–4 Destiny Stones, but at 90 you get around 15 (with everyone alive), enough for 2–3 Ancient Treasures right away. After that, Rebirth at the point where progress noticeably slows down (when you start missing enemy generals a few times).

A Rebirth that costs 100 Gems. You get the same Destiny Stones, but instead of stage 1 you start from half your current stage and receive a Gold bonus based on that stage, skipping the early game.

Yes. If you're in the Faction War, military power equal to your Rebirth stage is sent to your faction (increased by a wife's Faction Troop Support effect). The "Provisions Support" number in the Rebirth popup is that value. For details, see Faction War.

Tap Get Ancient Treasure in the Ancient Treasure tab and you get one of the treasures you don't have yet, at random. The cost goes up as you own more.

There are 37 in total; once you have them all you can't get more. Destiny Stones come from Rebirth, multiple-of-10 enemy generals at stage 80+, and coupons.

Each treasure levels up with Destiny Stones. Each treasure's unique effect (table below) grows with its level, and separately, every treasure adds a "Total Damage" % that boosts both Guan Yu's and your heroes' damage. The +N% Total Damage at the top of the Ancient Treasure tab is that sum. Some treasures have a max level. Green Dragon Blade · Cold Beauty Blade · Yellow Dragon Blade · Horse Slayer increase that total itself.

Tap the treasure row to open its details and Salvage it to get back all the Destiny Stones you invested in exchange for Gems. The Gem cost grows with the Destiny Stones invested (shown in the detail popup). A salvaged treasure can appear again from "Get Ancient Treasure."

"—" means there's no max level. Every treasure raises Total Damage in addition to its unique effect.

Gems are shown as the total of purchased and free Gems; free Gems are spent first.

• Normal Blind Date: 30
• Date: beauty's star grade × 5 (1★ 5 … 5★ 25)
• Night Together: wife's level squared (Lv1 1, Lv5 25, Lv10 100, Lv20 400)
• Bedchamber expansion: 10 → 20 → 40 → 80 → 160 → 320 → 640 (from 4 up to 11)
• Outfit level-up: starts at 10 and rises with level (Lv2 33, Lv5 155, Lv10 502 …)

From stage 5, roughly every 2 minutes, a Sky Lantern floats up on screen. If you don't tap it within 12 seconds, it disappears. The reward is one of the following at random:

• Gold: 10× the soldier Gold of the current stage (50× for the ad type). Increased by the Ancient Treasure Lu Clan Mirror and the Double Income buff.
• Guan Yu skill trigger: 36 Heavenly Slashes · Summon Brothers · Yunchang Footwork · Lion's Roar · Immortal Brew (ad type). Only appears if you've learned that skill and it isn't already active.
• 5–50 Gems (ad type): from stage 40 or after your first Rebirth.
• 10 Manly Pride (ad type).

For ad-type rewards, tap "Watch Ad," watch the video, then tap Claim Gift. When you can't watch ads (interval or daily limit), ad-type rewards don't appear. Sky Lantern gifts collected count toward an achievement (Manly Pride reward).

You can watch rewarded ads every 3 minutes, up to 15 times a day (resets at 0:00 KST). When you hit a limit you'll see "You can watch another ad in N minutes" or "You've watched all available ads for today."

Free Recharge at the top of the Gem tab lets you watch an ad to get Gems. You get a random 5–50 Gems (usually 5–8, rarely 50), and you can claim again 3 minutes after your last ad reward.

• "No ads available right now": there's temporarily no ad inventory. Check your network and try again in a bit. Your daily count isn't used up in this case.
• If you close an ad before it finishes, you don't get the reward.
• "Time Gap" error: 90 seconds haven't passed since your last reward. Try again shortly.
• Resetting your advertising ID or limiting ad tracking can affect whether ads are shown.

Yes. If you're away for 5 minutes or more, you get the Gold collected in the meantime when you come back. The amount is based on your heroes' DPS and the enemy general HP of the current stage, so it's 0 if you have no heroes. It accumulates for up to 72 hours. The stronger your heroes, and the higher their DPS relative to enemy general HP, the more you collect.

When you leave the app, it schedules notifications for collected Gold after 6 hours · 24 hours · 72 hours · 168 hours, plus revive notifications for fallen heroes. Announcement and event push notifications follow the same setting. Turn off Notifications in Options to turn them all off. If notification permission for the app is off in your device settings, you won't get any.

They're the two buttons at the top of the Mansion's Stunning Beauties tab.

• Normal Blind Date: 30 Manly Pride or 1 Normal Blind Date Ticket. The result appears right away.
• Premium Blind Date: 300 Gems or 1 Premium Blind Date Ticket. While the roulette spins, tap Select to stop it (the result is random).

There are 100 beauties in total, in 1★–5★ grades. If you get a beauty you already have, she gains EXP or levels up, and if she's already at max level she's converted into Manly Pride. The number of beauties met and beauty level-ups count toward achievements.

Every beauty raises your total damage multiplier, and depending on her grade she has 1 extra effect (2 for 5★): Auto Attack Speed, General Attack Delay, Gold Gain, Crit Chance, Crit Damage, Musou Speed, Manly Pride Bonus, Romance Failure Reduction, or Faction Troop Support.

An unmarried beauty's abilities only apply at 25%. Propose and take her as your wife and they apply at 100%; the more you level her up with nights together, the bigger the total damage multiplier gets (higher grades give a bigger multiplier per level).

Tap a beauty's card to see her effects; tap the details button for a large portrait and renaming. The top of the Mansion shows the total of all beauty and outfit effects.

Tap Date on a beauty's card (Manly Pride = grade × 5) to see date dialogue, and her affection rises by one of 0 / 20 / 40 / 60% (the odds differ per beauty, and a wife's Romance Failure Reduction effect lowers the chance of failure). When affection reaches 100%, the button changes to Propose; propose and she becomes your wife and moves into a bedchamber. You can't propose if all bedchambers are full.

When you get married a share popup appears; share it to get 10 Gems (once a day).

The Mansion's Family button opens the bedchambers. Tap Night Together on a wife's card (Manly Pride = wife's level²) and her EXP rises by one of 0 / 20 / 40 / 60%; at 100% she levels up. The more often you do it, the faster she levels. As a wife's level rises, the total damage multiplier grows.

• You start with 4 bedchambers and can add one at a time for 10 · 20 · 40 · 80 · 160 · 320 · 640 Manly Pride, up to 11.
• Divorce: pay Gems in the wife's details (1★ 5, 2★ 10, 3★ 20, 4★ 40, 5★ 80) and she goes back to being a beauty with 0 affection. Her level is kept.
• Wives say a line every 13 seconds on the battlefield and in the bedchambers. The number of wives counts toward an achievement.

You can try outfits on before you buy. All purchased outfits stack together to raise total damage, so their effect applies even when you're not wearing them ("the more outfits you collect, the stronger you get").

Level-ups cost Manly Pride (Lv1→2 10, 2→3 33, 5→6 155, 10→11 502, 23→24 approx. 2,070).

Mounts are 7-day rentals. They make you faster, so the background whooshes by and enemies show up sooner.

• When the rental ends you go back to the Basic Horse; re-rent right away from the expiry popup to get 1 extra day.
• Check-in day 13 gives Red Hare for 1 day, and dungeon treasure chests give Fine Steed (200 tier) for 1 or 3 days and Divine Steed (500 tier) for 1 or 3 days. If it's the horse you're already riding, the time is added.

Yes. Use the button next to her name in the beauty's detail popup. The new name is saved only on your device; clear it to restore her original name.

When your best stage reaches a threshold in the table, you're promoted automatically and a promotion popup appears. Tap Share in the popup to get 20 Gems (once a day). Your rank is also shown in friend lists and Tournament opponent info.

Enter from the dungeon icon on the battlefield. You need to clear stage 20, and 3 free entries recharge every day at 0:00 (KST). Once you've used your free entries you can enter with Gems; the cost is the amount for your current stage + the amount for your best stage.

Example: if you're currently on stage 120 and your best is stage 650, it's 3 + 11 = 14 Gems.

• Time limit: 5 minutes. Starting with Lu Bu, 52 enemy generals come at you in order.
• The first general's level is your current stage rounded down to the nearest 10, minus 10 (e.g. stage 127 → level 110), and each one you beat makes the next +5 levels stronger. Their HP matches the enemy general of the same stage.
• Taps, auto attacks, heroes, Guan Yu's skills and Sky Lantern buffs all apply. Crits and enemy general damage apply too.
• Generals attack your heroes every 7 seconds and knock one out (they only disappear inside the dungeon; your heroes on the battlefield are fine). Guardian Shield and 24 War Chapters block this.
• Retreat to collect the rewards for the steps you've cleared so far. The run also ends when time runs out or you beat all 52.

Based on the level of the last general you beat, you get the reward of the highest tier at or below it in the table below. If you don't beat a single one, there's no reward.

Dungeon results are also sent as Faction War military power (cleared level + enemy general defeat feats). You can hold up to 999 keys of each type.

A Fine Steed is a random 200-Gem-tier mount, and a Divine Steed is a random 500-Gem-tier mount. A perk is a voucher for using the matching Gem item for free; use it with "Use Perk" in the Shop's Gem tab. You can also see the same odds table in the game by tapping a chest picture.

You can join from the Tournament icon on the battlefield on Mondays and Thursdays, Korea time (0:00–24:00). Joining immediately triggers a Rebirth (Destiny Stones are paid out as usual) and you start from stage 1. If you haven't joined the Faction War yet, you pick a faction first.

• Participants are placed into a group of the same tier (up to 1,000 players). When a group is full, a new group is created.
• The match lasts 24 hours from when the group was created. If you join a group late, you have that much less time left, so it pays to join early on the event day.
• If you haven't claimed your last Tournament reward yet, you can't join a new one. Tap Claim Reward first.

You're assigned to one of 5 tiers based on your best stage at the time you join. Higher tiers have bigger rewards.

Rankings are based on the highest stage reached during the 24 hours. Players on the same stage share a rank (e.g. 1st, 1st, 3rd). During the event, the leaderboard reflects the moment you view it, and tapping a name shows that player's info. Open the Tournament window after it ends to lock in your final rank and reward; you need to tap Claim Reward to receive it.

Below are the rewards by tier. Each cell is Gems / Manly Pride / hero weapons, and the top % is based on the number of players in the group. Wives' Manly Pride Bonus effect applies to Manly Pride, and weapons are for random heroes.

• Right after joining you start from level 1, so Ancient Treasures and Mansion effects decide the match. Get your treasures in order before you join.
• Joining is itself a Rebirth, so you can compete while earning Destiny Stones. Timing your Rebirths for Mondays and Thursdays pays off.
• Joining is also sent as Faction War military power.
• You can't join the next Tournament until you claim your reward after it ends, so don't forget to claim it.

The faction selection window pops up the first time you Rebirth (or join a Tournament). Pick one of the six armies and you're in; from then on, your Rebirth, dungeon and Tournament results are automatically sent as military power. You can't change your faction once chosen. To prevent imbalance, factions marked "Closed to New Recruits" can't be picked.

• Rebirth: equal to the stage you Rebirthed at (same for joining a Tournament).
• Dungeon clear: equal to the level of the last general you beat.
• Dungeon general defeat feats: military power by grade for each general you take down in the dungeon. Grade C (Zhang Jiao · Hua Xiong · Dong Zhuo · Yan Liang · Wen Chou · Wutugu · Meng Huo · Zhou Tai · Pang De) 10, Grade B (Zhang He · Gan Ning · Lu Meng · Xu Huang · Xiahou Yuan · Cao Ren · Xu Chu · Xiahou Dun) 30, Grade A (Lu Xun · Zhang Liao · Taishi Ci · Dian Wei · Zhou Yu · Sima Yi) 50, Grade S (Sun Ce · Cao Cao · Lu Bu) 100.
• Each married wife with the Faction Troop Support effect (Rapper Goddess Chito, Autumn Lass Fall, Back-View Beauty Seoryeon) increases the military power you send by 20%.

The Feats tab of the Faction War window shows a breakdown by Rebirth, dungeon and feats. The military power you've sent starts again from 0 after a round ends and you claim the reward.

One round is 24 hours; it's settled every day at 0:00 (KST) and a new round begins. Faction rankings and personal merit rankings update every hour, so military power you just sent may not show up right away. The time remaining is shown at the top of the Faction War window.

When a round ends, a result popup appears in the Faction War window; claim it with Claim Reward. You get two things together:

① Faction rank reward · victory buff (top three armies only)

The buff applies to the whole faction for the next round (refreshed daily at 0:00).

② Personal merit reward (your rank within your faction)

A round in which you sent no military power at all moves on to the next round with no reward. The previous round's result is kept until you claim the reward; after claiming, you join the new round.

Large numbers use the same notation as the game (K · M · B · T · aa · bb …). Check your progress from the achievement icon on the left of the battlefield and claim with the Reward button. Cumulative values are kept through Rebirth.

You need to tap Claim in the Daily Check-in window that appears when you log in to get that day's reward (once a day, based on 0:00 KST). After 14 days it goes back to day 1.

Missed-day rules: if you skip one day it shows "Missed 1," but you still continue to the next day. However, if you skip two or more days, or skip another day while already marked as missed, you start over from day 1. That's what "one day off is no biggie~" means. If you tap Claim after the date has changed, you'll be asked to reconnect.

• You can have up to 30 friends. Search by nickname in the Find Friends tab and send a request; once they accept it in their Received Requests tab, you're friends.
• Gifts: you can send each friend 1 Manly Pride once a day, and you get 1 back for each one you send. Use "Gift Everyone" to send them all at once.
• The list shows each friend's best stage and rank.

If you have a perk from a dungeon treasure chest, the button changes to "Use Perk" and you can use it without Gems. Timed buffs are kept through Rebirth.

Prices may be shown differently depending on your store's currency and taxes. The "Just Right" option in the popup that appears when you're short on Gems picks a product that matches the amount you need.

1. Fully close the app and launch it again. If there's an unprocessed receipt, it will be re-checked and delivered.
2. If you see "Processing your previous purchase request," wait a moment and try again.
3. If they still aren't there, send your store order number, game member number, and nickname to Support.

Each receipt is only delivered once (code 250), and refunded receipts aren't delivered. Refunds follow the policy of the store you paid through (Google Play / App Store).

Enter the code in Options → Coupon and tap Redeem; the reward is delivered right away. Codes are not case-sensitive.

• Music / Sound effects: cycles High → Low → Off.
• Story: Show / Skip.
• Notifications: offline Gold · revive · announcement notifications on/off.
• Stats: your current stat totals (total hero levels, crits, DPS multiplier, Gold multiplier, etc.) and lifetime records (total Gold, taps, enemies defeated, best stage, Rebirth count, number of wives, etc.).
• Payments: Gem packs.
• FAQ: this page.
• Coupon: redeem coupon codes.
• Delete Account: deletes your account and data immediately.

The Stats and Payments buttons are also available in the Mansion.

"Network error" means an internet connection problem. Check your Wi-Fi/mobile data and try again. Your progress is saved on the server, so even if the app closes you'll pick up from your last save.

Your account has been restricted, for example due to abuse. You can't log in until the date shown; if you want to dispute it, contact Support with your game member number.

• Only up to 50 taps per second are counted. Anything beyond that being ignored is normal.
• Lowering or turning off sound effects in Options can make things smoother on low-end devices.
• If the app has been running for a long time, fully close it and launch it again. Your progress is saved on the server.
