Tap Three Kingdoms: Guan Yu Privacy Policy

SNCBears (the "Company") values the personal information of users of the mobile game "Tap Three Kingdoms: Guan Yu" (the "Game") and complies with applicable laws and regulations. Effective date: October 16, 2026 (login items added)

1. Information We Collect

• Game account information: a random device identifier generated on your device, and the in-game nickname you enter
• Login information (if you use login): email address, the login provider type (Apple, Google, Kakao, email) and the account identifier issued by that provider, and, for social login, the name (nickname) and profile photo URL passed on by the provider (if you consented to sharing them). The Company does not store passwords; they are encrypted and processed by the authentication service.
• Push notification token (if notifications are turned on): a device notification identifier used to send announcements and event notifications. It is deleted when you turn notifications off in Settings.
• Game usage records: progress, in-game currency, access times, and friend, Tournament, and Faction War records
• Payment information: the order number and receipt issued by the store (we do not receive payment method details such as card numbers)
• Advertising information: to serve ads, Google AdMob may collect information such as the device advertising identifier. The Game requests non-personalized ads.

We do not collect phone numbers or precise location information. In the course of serving ads, Google AdMob may estimate your approximate location from your IP address.

2. Purposes of Use

We use the information only to provide the game service and save progress, verify payments and deliver purchased items, prevent fraudulent use, respond to customer inquiries, and serve ads.

3. Outsourced Processing and Provision to Third Parties

• Supabase (database hosting, login authentication), Vercel (server hosting): storage and processing of game data
• Apple, Google, Kakao: processing of the social login you choose
• Google Play / Apple App Store: payment processing and receipt verification
• Google AdMob: ad serving
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Apple Push Notification service: sending push notifications

Except as required by law, we do not sell or provide personal information to third parties.

4. Retention Period

When you delete your account, your game data is deleted immediately. However, in accordance with the Korean Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, payment records are kept for 5 years and then destroyed.

5. Account and Data Deletion

In the Game, tap Settings → Delete Account to immediately delete your account and all game data. This cannot be undone.

If you have already removed the app or cannot access the Game, please request deletion by email at the address below, including your in-game nickname. We will delete your data within 7 days after confirmation.

6. Children's Personal Information

The Game is not directed at children under 14 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
